That Wonder Boy - the opening movie

This is the“documentary” film that opens Bob Stromberg’s one-man show That Wonder Boy directed by Risa Brainin.  The video production and direction is by Nancy Heath.  The play premiered at the Music Box Theatre in Minneapolis in 2008.  That Wonder Boy  also had successful runs at Nelson Hall in Cheshire CT, L'Homme A Dieux in MN and the Temple of the Performing Arts in Des Moines, IA presented by the Civic Center of Greater Des Moines, as well as two return engagements at the Music Box.

That Wonder Boy played at the United Solo Festival in New York on October 30th and 31st, 2015 where it won 3 awards: The United Solo Fesival and Backstage Award, Best One Man Show, and Best Direction.

That Wonder Boy was invited back to the United Solo Festival for an encore performance celebrating the Best of the 10 years of the Festival on October 5, 2019.
